GENERAL RULES | Be respectful to all members! Show some common courtesy to strangers, and if you disagree with someone's opinion, don't resort to name-calling or rude behaviour. If there is an issue, message the staff and we will do our best to help resolve the issue. Handle situations as maturely and reasonably as possible, and avoid causing unnecessary conflict.
Do not spam the boards - this includes putting unrelated posts on a thread, posting a thread in a board it does not pertain to, or just generally filling up your posts with letters that are not meaningful.
NO GODMODDING/POWER-PLAYING. This ruins the fun for everyone during roleplay, is very unfair to others, and can be just downright offensive. You are only allowed to control the actions that your character does, and not anyone else's.
Don't purposefully cause problems, start drama, or flame people's work. Please don't do it! You will be banned from the roleplay if you keep causing problems.
You are provided with a maximum of 3 warnings for rule breaking before you are expelled from the roleplay.
We are an account per character site. Join with your ooc name with a number at the end, then once your character is accepted, you can change your name to that character's name. Always remember to put what your username is somewhere on your profile so we know who to tag.
Please do not mini-mod. Answering questions is a job reserved for the staff team, as roleplayers answering questions wrongly could confuse and push away asking members, and we would like to refrain from that.
You will need to write 100 words in a dungeon in order for a mod to respond.
There will be a one week waiting period between all arena matches so that they serve as a past-time, rather than a place to grind. The waiting period will come into affect after the end of your previous battle. |

GENERAL RULES | Fill out the character sheet correctly - there is a guide in the character application's board.
Pokemon must be realistic to their species. You can go away from this a little, such as having longer fur, any colored eyes, various items and accessories, birthmarks, or any variations in the parameters of that species, but do not go overboard. They must be colored to their species (unless they are shiny, but keep in mind that shinies are very rare in Skaia!) and cannot have moves their species is not capable of.
No God-Modding or perfect characters. They should have balanced traits with not too many positives and not too many negatives.
We do not have a character limit, but try to keep them all active.
Be sure to post your application in the right board.
No application sections should be left blank. If a wip, put so in the title, if they don't apply to the question, then simply put n/a.
Diagnostic names of illnesses or disorders should not be mentioned in applications, so to not offend people that might have such illnesses or disorders. However, this doesn't mean your character can't have them! Just don't list the disorder or illness's name, instead put down symptoms, like 'Hears/see's things that aren't real, is anxious a lot, has many mood swings'/
Rape, sexual assault, or incest are strictly prohibited here. Should we find you insinuating these, you will be given a strike or a ban, depending on the case.
There can be multiple characters of one species in Skaia. Of course, if they get too numerous, we may put a cap on them, but for now, don't worry about somebody having the same Pokemon species you have, because it doesn't matter at all.
ALL CHARACTERS will start out at Level 5. This rule has no exceptions.
Legendaries and shinies are not able to be applied for unless you are told you are allowed to do so. Shiny Pokemon can only be obtained through winning contests, or events, while legendaries are strictly prohibited since they are only used as plot devices.
Please only go into one dungeon at a time per character.
When your character is accepted, please edit your profile and link to your characters bio and log. Also, be sure to put your username in your signature. |
